Would highly recommend I found Carzu via Money Saving Expert. Michelle responded promptly to my chat request, leading to correspondence initially by e-mail and then over the phone. She was extremely patient with my numerous questions and explaining the PCH process - this was our first time buying a car using it. I cannot recommend Michelle highly enough and she was backed up by her colleagues too. If its important to you that you are treated like a real person, not just a number, ask for Michelle. She tells you what she will do and by when (eg obtain further information from leasing company regarding my queries) - and then does it without further prompting! You'd think it's not difficult to find a proactive customer service professional like that in 2019 but that's not been my experience (across many fields).
