This is the 3rd time I've used your services and all occasions I've received excellent service, twice for finance and once for supply of a new vehicle. We had a bit of an issue this time as the payment didn't seem to arrive with the dealer when I expected it to, however this was sorted quickly and professionally and I was able to collect the car as planned, albeit it a couple of hours late. When it comes to time to change next time round your web site will be my first point of call and I'd have no issue about pointing friends and family to you either.

There was always somebody at hand to give advice when required, and answer any questions or queries when we called, which made a change from the automatic call centres you can get with some companies. I don't really have any negative comments to leave apart from possibly the delivery, as I thought my car was being delivered by a transporter. However the car was driven up from Manchester to my home in Scotland, so we received it with 316 delivery miles. That said, the car was delivered in perfect order and the driver even washed the car at our local car wash before we received. I would like to follow up the request regarding feed back of the service I have received over the last two weeks. Firstly I must say how professional the service was, friendly and nothing seemed to be a problem. I feel every time I asked for some information regarding the finance of a certain car it just seemed effortless and very prompt reply.
