Would highly recommend I found Carzu via Money Saving Expert. Michelle responded promptly to my chat request, leading to correspondence initially by e-mail and then over the phone. She was extremely patient with my numerous questions and explaining the PCH process - this was our first time buying a car using it. I cannot recommend Michelle highly enough and she was backed up by her colleagues too. If its important to you that you are treated like a real person, not just a number, ask for Michelle. She tells you what she will do and by when (eg obtain further information from leasing company regarding my queries) - and then does it without further prompting! You'd think it's not difficult to find a proactive customer service professional like that in 2019 but that's not been my experience (across many fields). We’ve worked with Marc at Carzu on the financing of two cars now over the past 5 years and he’s always great to deal with. He has helped us find the best prices on the vehicles we wanted, and managed every aspect - from sourcing dealers, arranging finance - through to delivery. Marc is always easy to get hold of, explains the process in an easy-to-understand way and basically takes all the stress out of buying a new car!

Well after a bit of a wait we have our all new all electric Zoe! We couldn't be happier with the car its really amazing. We had to wait a bit longer than expected due to Covid but even through these trying times Michelle Bailey kept us reassured and informed. All in all its been a excellent hassle free experience and we will definitely use them again when the lease is due.

I had a great experience with Carzu. They made the process run as smoothly and easy as possible. It was very straight forward and helped with all my questions. They were not pushy at all!
